After consultation with the AMST-Requiem, a change was made to the Requiem Addendum today. As of now, Custom Shadow Cults are not sanctioned. Simply put, the current Addendum was unclear on the topic, to the point where a significant level of misunderstand and indeed abuse was possible. The matter of Custom Shadow Cults will be re-examined by the Global team for possible sanctioning at a later date.
