Good evening. I never thought I would have to make this statement, yet here it is. No Citizen or Resident regardless of their tenure shall ever make sweeping threats or War from the Meritocracies that I stand as Citizen Prince of, either upon public forums or in private. This is a textbook example of how to negatively represent the Meritocracy, and myself as the Citizen Prince. In the event Society has ever broken down to the point which war must be declared upon a body, it shall be the Citizen Prince that does so.
