Greetings and Salutations unto you the Citizenry of Houston on this night XVI July MMIX Anno Domini

It is with some dysphoria that I have personal business that pulls me away from a gathering on the morrow; however, I am filled with pride in knowing that I can trust that you will continue to be shining exemplars of the kindred world. I will remind you that your Prisci and your covenant leaders are tasked with the duty and privilege of seeing to your tribulations and guidance. Now would be a good time to discuss with them your thoughts concerning the court officer positions, with a particular regard to those kindred that merit those duties.

Citizen Swan has been selected to serve on a pro tem basis as my Seneschal to ensure smooth operations until the court officers are determined in the month of August. On that note the Resident Owen needs to have a conversation with Citizen Swan. Let the kindred of Houston continue to shine to all others in their merit and grace. Let our strength flow and grow as we find and fulfill our purpose.
